Edward for HR

Quarterly people review. Twelve managers want their team's numbers, and nobody may see a salary.

Each manager sees their team's headcount. Nobody sees a salary.

Your data team hides personal columns before the AI can read them. Data scopes then limit each manager to their own team's rows, in dashboards, in chat and in the emails Routines send.

Attrition in my team, last 12 months

createWidget

Built the chart from Support's rows only. Attrition is 11%, 4 leavers out of 36.

What the AI sees

The columns your data team hid never reach the AI. The data scope decides which rows each manager gets.

Example: the columns employee_id, full_name, salary, birth_date are hidden from the AI. Camille, Support manager has the data scope team = Support, so she sees 36 people in Support and no other team.

For your data team

What your data team approves

Typical sources
Exports from your HR and recruiting tools as CSV or Parquet files, or tables in your warehouse
What gets approved
Aggregated tables or exports only. Give Edward a read-only user that can't reach names, salaries or personal columns, so neither the AI nor anyone in the workspace sees them.
How the AI works
Read-only access. The AI picks fields and filters from the approved catalogue, and Edward's engine writes and runs every query.
